Since colder weather signals changes to the physical body, it inspired me to write about stress. So often we get involved with life’s events and forget how much day to day stress we accumulate. Stress lowers our immunity, causing us to feel tired and drained.
STRESS
There are several types of stress to address; emotional, physical and chemical. Overall, B vitamins, Salmon Oil, Tre-en-en, Protein Shakes, and Magnesium will reduce the impact of stress. Let’s look at the different approaches to stress.
1. Emotional
